Step ii · Blood draw

A small sample, 15 mL, or 30 for a double session

The same as a routine blood test. A certified nurse draws 15 mL into a specialized PRP collection tube with a gentle anticoagulant that keeps the platelets intact. If you've chosen the double session, double the plasma, double the coverage, we draw 30 mL instead. Both are great options; your consult helps us pick the right one for you.

Eight minutes. Three thousand revolutions a minute

Your tube goes into a medical-grade centrifuge spinning at precisely 3,200 RPM. The spin creates a gravitational force that pulls heavier red blood cells to the bottom and leaves a golden, platelet-rich plasma layer on top, the bit that does all the work.

We draw off the layer that matters

From the spun tube, we extract roughly 5 mL of platelet-rich plasma, the golden top layer where growth-factor concentration is four to seven times baseline. Red cells stay behind. Only the regenerative fraction comes with us.

Delivered exactly where it's needed

Using micro-needles, we deposit the PRP in a pattern tailored to the treatment area, scalp follicles, facial dermis, or joint capsule. Numbing isn't needed for most people, but a topical numbing option is always available if you're sensitive. Most people find it easier than they expected.
