• Have a bleeding disorder or platelet dysfunction
• Have active cancer or are currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiation

• Have certain autoimmune or inflammatory conditions — discuss with our clinical team

4. Regulated Healthcare Professionals

All PRP treatments at Haylo are administered by nurses registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) with specialist training in PRP therapy. We operate under appropriate clinical oversight and comply with all applicable CNO standards of practice.

5. Possible Side Effects

PRP is generally well-tolerated. Possible side effects include temporary soreness, redness, bruising, or swelling at injection sites, which typically resolve within 24–48 hours. 6. Regulatory Compliance

PRP therapy at Haylo is offered as an autologous (self-derived) treatment using the patient's own blood. We do not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our advertising and communications comply with CNO and CPSO advertising standards, including prohibitions on guaranteeing outcomes or making misleading claims.
